You can have a meaningful — and impactful — Sleep Out from anywhere, as long as it is safe and legal. 

We recommend four components to include in your Sleep Out: watching the virtual program, participating in an activity, the overnight Sleep Out, and a morning reflection. Each of these can be done on your own or with a group, and you can determine the timing of your night. Visit our Resource Center for everything you need to plan your Sleep Out.
