Hi friend,
Have you heard of Covenant House Georgia's Sleep Out? The short version is that you give up your bed for one night (Thursday, November 21st) as a way to raise awareness and critical funds to support young people facing homelessness. I have decided to Sleep Out this year and I'm wondering if you'll join me.
Sleep Out is held at Covenant House Georgia (CHGA) and on the night of November 21st, we'll get to know some of the young people who reside at CHGA. We'll have the chance to hear their personal journey of overcoming homelessness, learn from Covenant House Georgia's experts about the stigmas and misunderstandings of those experiencing homelessness, and see firsthand how our donations are bettering the lives of young people!
It's a very unique experience — check out some testimonials from past Sleepers here — and the direct impact for young people overcoming homelessness is incredible. I included the details below — what do you think? I would love to have you in the sleeping bag next to me! If you have any questions or hesitations, we can hop on the phone, or I connect you with someone at Covenant House Georgia?
